Cheyenne Crowe, CPB, CMA (AAMA) - Owner/Billing Consultant
Cheyenne is the owner and billing consultant for BCNA. She has worked in healthcare billing and administration for 12 years. Her passion is helping physicians and other providers build independent practices for success and increase revenue to the highest level. Cheyenne has been married to Tyler since 2015 and they have two sons, Barrett and Truett. They attend Fairview: The Grace Place and spend most of their spare time at the baseball field or camping.
Sydney Crowe - Billing Specialist
Sydney joined the medical field in 2019 and discovered her love for medical billing in late 2023. She married her husband, Lane, in October 2023, they have a one year old daughter, Sadie Jo. Sydney loves the fast-paced world of billing and all the challenges it brings! They attended Oak Grove FCM Church. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and antique shopping.
Fun Fact about Sydney: Sydney and Cheyenne aren’t just sisters—they’re also best friends, thanks to marrying brothers! And, Cheyenne’s son, Barrett, actually picked out his baby cousins name, Sadie. Her middle name honors her uncle, Tyler (Cheyenne’s husband).
Stacisha Orr – Quality Specialist
Stacisha has been in the medical field since 2015, working in various roles including CNA, receptionist, and dental assistant before transitioning to medical billing. She met Cheyenne when their older sons played baseball together, and they've built a strong professional relationship. Stacisha spends much of her time with her family at the ballfields or at Cheyenne and Tyler's house.
Fun Fact: Stacisha is a proud mom of three boys: Monti, Tray, and Ace'N.
Jenn Pressley - Billing Specialist
Jenn Pressley is one of our billing specialists at BCNA. She has worked in the medical field since 2005, and worked in medical billing since 2015. Jenn has been married to Whit since 2006, and they have two beautiful girls, Aubrey and Ava. They attend Fairview: The Grace Place, and spend all their free time at the softball fields or basketball courts.
Fun Fact about Jenn and Cheyenne: Jenn hired Cheyenne in 2012 as a front desk receptionist at an Urgent Care. Jenn was Cheyenne’s office manager until 2015, when Cheyenne became the office manager and the two took over the billing for the urgent care. The two flipped the billing around for this urgent care practice quickly and that is when Cheyenne first had the idea of Billing Consultants of North Alabama.
Lisa Pope, CPB - Billing Specialist
Lisa has been working in the medical field since 2014, with experience as a CST and an MA in an orthopedic office. She earned her CPB certification in 2024 and is excited to bring her skills to the BCNA team. Lisa is married to Steven, and they have a wonderful son, Dawson. When she’s not working, you can usually find her enjoying the great outdoors and spending quality time with her family.
Fun Fact about Lisa: Lisa’s love for the outdoors keeps her active and adventurous, whether it's hiking, camping, or simply spending time with her family.
Maddy Swann, CPC - Billing Specialist
Maddy has been working in healthcare since 2021, starting her journey as a CNA and receptionist before transitioning to medical billing. She became a Certified Professional Coder (CPC) and joined BCNA in 2024. Maddy married her husband Sawyer in May 2024, and they share their home with their golden doodle, Bentley.
Fun Fact about Maddy: Maddy met Cheyenne and Jenn while working as a receptionist and decided to pursue her coding certification. After reconnecting with Cheyenne, she joined the BCNA team to continue growing in the billing world!
Lara Grace Austin - Quality Specialist
Lara Grace brings over 6 years of experience in Human Resources and Operations. With her experience, Lara Grace is excited to help oversee and streamline BCNA's Quality Department. She is married to Tres Austin, and between them they have three children. Lara Grace and Cheyenne grew up next door to each other and found their way back into each other's lives through their baseball loving boys. Outside of work you can find Lara Grace at a soccer or baseball field, curled up with a good book, or in her kitchen baking!
Fun Fact about Ara Grace: While chasing around three active kids, who all play travel sports, Lara Grace is committed to continuing her education with online Billing courses and Business Administration courses.
Kristi Williams - Credentialing/Billing Specialist
Kristi began her medical experience in 1997 as a receptionist at an urgent care. She worked her way up to the billing department then became a practice manager. She brings 28 years of experience that includes billing, credentialing, auditing, and HR. Her specialties include primary care, urgent care, OB-GYN, Behavioral Health, and Pediatrics. She and Cheyenne met through a mutual friend two years ago. Kristi is also know as “Mama Kristi” to the BCNA team! She has been married to her high school sweetheart, Ken for 33 years. She has one son, Noah and daughter in law Lily.
Fun Fact about Kristi: She has a 20lb Cavapoo grandpup named Henry who has stolen their hearts from day 1! They enjoy going to TJ Maxx, Hobby Lobby and then pup cups from Starbucks!
Ally Summerford -Quality Specialist
Ally has been working in healthcare since 2012 working as a receptionist and a dental assistant. Ally has been married to her high school sweetheart, Robert since 2014 and they have three sons together: Colt, Stetson, and Jack. They attend No Fences Cowboy Church. Outside of work, Ally enjoys watching her boys play sports, photography, working on their cattle farm, and traveling!
Fun Fact about Ally: Cheyenne and Ally have been best friends since high school. They actually worked as receptionists together at an urgent care practice when they were 17 years old! Also, their oldest sons are two months apart in age and have been best friends since birth too!
